arawn, ruler of annwn, or the celtic underworld. i stole some of his look from "pictish" woad paint and from cerrunos, another celtic diety.
this is kind of a sketch that i colored, but i kind of liked it.
also, the necklace he is wearing is the nebra skydisk.
